ARRK Engineering Spain, Sucursal en España is hiring for a role focused on Product Management in the field of Automated Driving. The position is pivotal for defining the processes and structures necessary for innovative software development.

The successful candidate will collaborate across various teams to enhance products and will have a crucial role in defining product vision and strategy. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model and the chance to work on exciting projects in a pleasant atmosphere.

Formación

• Experience in product management, ideally in the automotive, software, and/or high-tech environment.
• Strong understanding of Automated Driving development including software architectures.
• Ability to structure technical complexity into product strategies.

• Identification of new technological innovations in AD / ADAS development.

What To Expect

The field of Automated Driving is evolving rapidly — and with it, the requirements for innovative software products and modern development approaches. To meet this transformation, we are currently building a new Product Management division for Automated Driving. In this role, you will take on a key shaping function: from the very beginning, you will help define the structures, processes, and mindset of product management, while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative software products for Automated Driving development.

Your Tasks

• Development and further enhancement of innovative software products for Automated Driving
• Identification and evaluation of new technological, methodological, and process-related innovations in AD / ADAS development
• Further development of existing solutions and automations into scalable, market-ready software products
• Definition of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative development and software solutions
• Close collaboration with Software Development, Systems Engineering, Testing, and other departments
• Translation of technical innovations and development needs into clear user stories and requirements
• Support throughout the entire product lifecycle — from idea generation and prototyping to rollout
• Analysis of market, technology, and trend developments in the field of Automated Driving

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Experience in product management, ideally in the automotive, software, and/or high-tech environment
• Strong understanding of Automated Driving development (e.g. ADAS / AD, software architectures, simulation, validation, toolchains)
• Ability to structure technical complexity and translate it into product strategies
• Experience with agile development models and interdisciplinary collaboration
