D-EDGE is seeking a creative Product Learning Specialist to join our Product Knowledge & Enablement team. You will design engaging learning experiences and deliver training that helps hotel customers and internal teams master our hospitality technology.

You will bridge complex product information into clear content, collaborating with product, sales, and marketing. If you enjoy turning complexity into accessible knowledge and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Formación

• 3+ years in instructional design, e-learning, or training delivery.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficient with LMS platforms and digital creation tools.
• Experience using AI to speed up drafting and improve clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Design clear, outcome-focused training curricula for hotel products.
• Manage the Learning Platform (360Learning): configuration, content maintenance, learner access.
• Build product knowledge across e-learning, live training, help content, onboarding, and enablement.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, including hotel chains and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Writers to translate updates into learning content.
• Analyse feedback and data to continuously improve learner experience and adoption.

THE TEAM

Are you passionate about making complex technology simple? We are looking for a creative and proactive Product Learning Specialist to join our Product Knowledge & Enablement team.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge hospitality technology and the people who use it. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, from interactive e-learning modules to live virtual training sessions, that help our hotel customers and internal teams master D-EDGE products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design & Innovate: Create clear, outcome-focused training curricula for new and existing hotel products. Use multimedia tools (like Canva and Genially) to build videos, interactive content, and simulations that resonate.
• Manage the Learning Platform: Support and improve learning content in 360Learning, including course configuration, content maintenance, learner access, discoverability, and effective use of platform features.
• Build Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in assigned hotel product areas and contribute to a shared product knowledge ecosystem across e-learning, live training, help content, onboarding, and internal enablement.
• Facilitate: Deliver impactful training sessions to diverse audiences, including hotel chains, independent properties, and internal teams. You’ll manage sessions from preparation through follow-up, including facilitating in-session group dynamics and ensure learning is inclusive and effective.
• Collaborate: Partner with Product, Sales, Product Marketing, Technical Writers, and training peers to translate product updates and customer needs into clear, reusable learning content. You'll bring learner and customer insight, turning technical complexity into clear, accessible knowledge.
• Analyse & Optimise: Use data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of your training, ensuring we are constantly improving the learner experience and driving product adoption.

HOW YOU'LL MEASURE YOUR IMPACT

• Learner Success: You’ll aim for world-class satisfaction ratings from our hotel partners and internal teams, ensuring every session is both engaging and effective.
• Continuous Improvement: By analysing feedback, training data, support themes and product adoption data, you will constantly refine our learning assets to better solve customer pain points and support smooth onboarding.
• Quality & Accessibility: You will maintain the high standard of our LMS, ensuring all content is accurate, current, accessible, discoverable, and aligned to D-EDGE standards.
• Collaborative Growth: Impact at D-EDGE is a team effort. You’ll contribute to our collective knowledge through peer mentoring, cross-training, and shared design collaboration.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced: You have 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning creation, learning development, or trainer-led delivery with strong digital learning exposure.
• Communicator: You are fluent in English and French and can explain complex concepts clearly to any audience.
• Tech-savy: You are comfortable working with LMS platforms and digital creation tools, and you know how to use AI thoughtfully to speed up drafting, improve clarity, analyse feedback, and support content quality.
• Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You enjoy solving problems, managing projects, and you are comfortable presenting to groups, whether virtually or in-person.
• Passionate about learning: You care about how people learn, not just what they are taught.

THE ICING ON THE CAKE

• Certification in instructional design (ATD, IDOL, etc.) or adult education.
• D-EDGE product knowledge or prior SaaS/hospitality experience.
• Experience with video production, interactive media design, or learning analytics.
• Agile/sprint-based workflow familiarity.
• Teaching experience or hospitality industry background.
