Plain Concepts’ Impact Studios in Madrid seeks a Product Lead to build and scale the Product Vertical. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of product managers, designers, and strategies, drive client engagements, and shape the offering for growth into 2027.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, delivering end-to-end projects and measurable business impact for clients of Plain Concepts.

Formación

• Strong experience in product, digital, design, and technology consulting.
• Proven track record in leading innovative product and design teams in consultancies and/or agencies.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and strategic client projects.
• Experience in defining consulting-related services, go-to-market strategies, business development, and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and understanding of project economics.
• Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Evolve the Product Vertical value proposition, including its service structure, delivery formats, methodologies, playbooks, and reusable tools.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects from opportunity framing to MVP delivery and activation.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities, shape proposals, create pitches, and win strategic projects.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across Product Management & Design, Digital Strategy and UX/UI Design.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for multiple projects, ensuring quality, budget control, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive growth by combining offering development, commercial support, and delivery excellence.
• Contribute to evolving Plain Concepts’ consulting model and market positioning.
