NeuralTrust, a Barcelona-based startup, is seeking a Product Engineer to help build the future of AI and Agents security. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and UX to turn complex AI security challenges into intuitive features.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Security teams, and ship high-quality, scalable code in a fast-moving startup, while focusing on usability and performance.

Formación

• Strong experience building SaaS products or complex web applications.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and ability to write high‑quality, reusable code.
• Product mindset with focus on users, business impact and shipping features.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and ship high-impact features across our SaaS platform.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Security teams to transform ideas into real product experiences.
• Own features end‑to‑end, from discovery and technical design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Build clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a strong focus on usability and performance.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into practical product improvements.
• Contribute to product decisions with an engineering mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Help improve our platform architecture, developer experience, and product quality.
• Collaborate with a team of outstanding, broad-skilled builders in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You Will Do

As a Product Engineer, you will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and user experience. You will help turn complex AI security challenges into intuitive, reliable, and scalable product features.

You will:

• Develop and ship high-impact features across our SaaS platform.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Security teams to transform ideas into real product experiences.

• Interest in AI, cybersecurity, developer tools, or enterprise software is a strong plus.
