Stripe is seeking a Product Designer to join Sail, its UI platform and design system team. You will design and refine visual and interaction foundations by working on scoped components, patterns, guidance, and tools, collaborating with designers and front-end engineers to turn designs into production interfaces.

The role is available either in an office or a remote location and is full time; the annual salary range in the primary location is €56,200 - €84,400.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design craft.
• Experience using or contributing to a design system or component library.
• Experience working with front-end engineers.
• Working understanding of components, states, and responsive behavior.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day design work, with familiarity with large language models, agents, and reusable skills or workflows.
• Experience creating or maintaining user interface components or shared design libraries.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with experience using artificial intelligence and prototyping tools to build and evaluate interactive interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Design and refine user interface components, patterns, and foundations for use across Stripe products.
• Create polished, coherent interfaces across interaction states, themes, and responsive layouts.
• Partner with front-end engineers to understand constraints and carry designs into production.
• Contribute to Figma libraries, prototypes, specifications, documentation, and examples.
• Gather input from product teams, share work, and iterate based on feedback.
