Estudio Nacar in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Industrial Designer to join our studio, shaping health/biotech, mobility and consumer electronics projects. Lead design initiatives from concept to CAD, developing architectures and visual storytelling.

You will collaborate with engineering and research teams, translate insights into tangible products, and present proposals to clients. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot and Vizcom are required; Blender is a plus.

Formación

• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and industrial design excellence.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering constraints.
• Strong storytelling, visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage and drive projects forward with a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot and Vizcom; Blender is welcome.
• Experience with Blender, animation workflows and AI visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Curious, collaborative and passionate about innovation, systems thinking and creating thoughtful products with lasting impact.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to product strategy, Experience Brand Language (EBL) development and portfolio consistency across clients.
• Translate insights and requirements into compelling product concepts, narratives and CMF directions.
• Develop sketches, concepts, product architectures and high-quality CAD models, renderings, animations and visual storytelling material.
• Evaluate usability, ergonomics and user interaction throughout the development process.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI and research teams to ensure consistency between concept vision and final execution.
• Support workshops, presentations and client-facing strategic discussions — shaping project proposals and identifying opportunities beyond the initial brief.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers when required.

We're currently looking for an Industrial Designer to join our Studio team and to work on health/biotech, mobility, consumer electronics and other exciting projects.

What will your day to day be like?

You will:

• Lead and develop industrial design projects from research to implementation, taking ownership under creative leadership.
