Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to join a growing UK SaaS product and engineering team. You will shape features from discovery to production, collaborating with PMs, engineers and other designers to deliver accessible, responsive experiences across desktop and mobile.

You will own the design process, create flows and prototypes, contribute to design systems, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate iteration in a fast-paced product-led environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Product Design or UX/UI experience.
• Experience in SaaS or product-led technology businesses.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components and design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Experience with accessible, responsive digital products.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and rapid prototyping.
• Experience collaborating in agile product teams.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS or React.

We're working with a growing UK SaaS business that develops intuitive HR technology for small and medium-sized businesses.

The company is looking for a hands-on Product Designer to join its product and engineering team, helping improve existing features and design new experiences across its platform.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers and other designers, taking ideas from initial discovery through to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and accessible experiences across a B2B SaaS platform.
• Own the design process from discovery, research and wireframing through to high-fidelity UI and implementation.
• Create user flows, interactive prototypes and reusable UI components.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and validate designs using customer feedback.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems.
• Ensure consistency across desktop, tablet and mobile experiences.
• Support engineering teams throughout implementation and review completed designs.
• Apply accessibility principles and WCAG best practices.
• Use Figma and modern AI-assisted design tools to accelerate prototyping and iteration.
• 3+ years of professional Product Design or UX/UI experience.
• Experience working within a SaaS or product-led technology business.
