Fail Fast Studio in Barcelona is seeking a Product Designer to join a cross-functional product team and shape digital experiences that deliver real value to users and businesses. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs and design meaningful solutions from concept through launch.

You will own defined product areas, contribute to research, design systems, and use AI tools to accelerate insight generation.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of experience designing digital products.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong foundations in visual design and interaction design.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools. Experience collaborating within agile product teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and prompt creation.
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in product discovery initiatives to understand customer challenges, behaviors, and goals.

• Create end-to-end experiences, including user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Apply UX best practices and design system guidelines to ensure consistency and usability.
• Explore multiple design directions and refine solutions based on testing and feedback.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when making design decisions.
• Use AI tools to support ideation, UX writing, prototyping, and design exploration.
• Take ownership of the design process for specific features and product initiatives.
• Prepare design documentation, specifications, and handoff materials for development teams.
• Partner with engineers throughout implementation to ensure design quality.
• Review released features and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Use customer feedback, behavioral metrics, and research findings to support design recommendations.
• Connect user outcomes with business objectives and product performance indicators.
• Measure the impact of design solutions and iterate when necessary.
• Work as an active member of a multidisciplinary product team.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Share best practices, learnings, and innovative approaches that improve team effectiveness.
• Promote responsible and thoughtful use of AI within design workflows.

What you'll do
