Job summary

Syntrace is hiring a Product Designer in Barcelona to shape how users capture, organize and retrieve conversations. You will own the end-to-end product experience, working closely with our Product and Design Director and with engineers and users to craft intuitive interfaces.

You will play a founding role with real ownership, joining a senior team that has scaled companies before, and you will help define how a new category of product looks and feels for institutional investors.

Qualifications

• Several years of product design experience at a craft-focused company.
• Strong skills in interaction design, information design and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences from first capture of a conversation to retrieval of exact quotes.
• Collaborate with Product, Design Director and engineers to ship high-quality designs.

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.

We are now hiring a Product Designer, based in Barcelona.

You will design how Syntrace works, from the first capture of a conversation to the moment a user finds exactly what was said. You will work closely with our Product and Design Director, our engineers and our users.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it.
