Fever is seeking a Design Lead to own design quality and team growth for core product areas, collaborating with product designers and cross-functional partners. You will influence outcomes, raise the design bar, and stay hands-on when needed to ship exceptional experiences.

You will mentor designers, run regular design reviews, and shape the team's craft while guiding complex problems and multi-squad trade-offs in a fast-paced global context.

Formación

• Extensive experience in product design with leadership of design teams.
• Proven track record shipping consumer-facing products and mentoring designers.
• Strong systems thinking and design systems experience.
• Fluency in English and ability to collaborate in an English-speaking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Tackle high-stakes, ambiguous design problems and turn ambiguity into direction.
• Lead cross-squad trade-offs with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Set and uphold design quality standards; mentor the team on craft and growth.
• Guide AI-generated outputs with rigorous evaluation alongside other solutions.
• Build team's design judgment and governance across projects.
• Elevate design critique and collaboration across the organization.
