TK Elevator is seeking a Product & Data Analyst (d/f/m) specializing in User Experience to lead data capture and insights across service tools, platforms, and customer-facing solutions. You will synthesize feedback to influence product priorities and roadmaps, defining KPIs and embedding data-informed decisions across product teams.

Formación

  • 5+ years in Product Analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

  • Product Analytics: Define KPIs and establish tracking and reporting mechanisms.
  • Implementation of analytic tools across digital products to track usage using Clarity, GA or similar.
  • Product Optimization: Analyze usage to improve adoption, engagement and satisfaction.
  • Dashboard Management: Develop dashboards to communicate key metrics.
  • User Insights: Combine qualitative and quantitative research to understand usage and identify UX improvements.
  • Experimental Design: Design and manage A/B tests and experiments.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Provide statistical analysis and actionable insights.
  • Data Storytelling: Translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Build Product Expertise: Contribute to product strategy and discussions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in Agile teams with designers, developers and product owners.
  • Develop Partnerships: Support hypothesis creation and strategic decisions.

What We Expect

We are seeking a Product & Data Analyst (d/f/m) specializing in User Experience, who thrives on data, has strong statistical skills and a user-centric mindset. In this role, you will lead data capture and analysis of insights across service technician tools, internal platforms and customer-facing digital solutions. You will synthesize customer and user feedback from multiple sources to influence product priorities and roadmaps. This role will be instrumental in defining KPIs, driving performance insights and embedding a culture of data-informed decision making across product teams.

Your Responsibilities in more detail

  • Product Analytics: Define KPIs and establish tracking and reporting mechanisms
  • Implementation of analytic tools across a range of digital products to track usage patterns using Clarity, Google Analytics or similar
  • Product Optimization: Analyze product usage behaviour to improve adoption, engagement and satisfaction
  • Dashboard Management: Develop dashboards to communicate key metrics
  • User Insights: Combine qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand product usage and identify opportunities to improve user experience
  • Experimental Design: Design and manage A/B tests and experiments
  • Analysis & Reporting: Provide statistical analysis and actionable insights
  • Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear recommendations
  • Build Product Expertise: Contribute to product strategy and discussions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. At ease working with designers, developers and product owners
  • Develop Partnerships: Support hypothesis creation and strategic decisions

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Product Analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative UX Research methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, UXCam, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
  • Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis validation skills
  • Experience building dashboards and performance reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase
  • Ability to analyze user behavior, adoption, engagement, and product performance metrics
  • Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams
  • Familiarity with product management and product discovery frameworks
  • Fluent Business English
