A mobile gaming company is seeking a dedicated Product Analyst to build diagnostic capabilities for understanding game performance. This fully remote role involves collaborating with teams to enhance game metrics and validate new titles. Strong SQL skills and familiarities with mobile metrics are required. The ideal candidate will communicate complex analyses effectively and may benefit from knowledge of Russian. Join us to influence how we create engaging, successful games at scale.

Formación

  • Strong SQL skills; experience with mobile analytics platforms (Amplitude, GameAnalytics, or similar).
  • Familiarity with mobile game metrics: LTV, ROAS, retention curves, ad monetization.
  • Clear communicator who can translate complex analysis into decisions.
  • Experience with Python/R for deeper analysis and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Nice to have: professional Russian language skills.

Overview

WildCard is scaling casual, ad‑monetized, retentive mobile games. We don’t just make games. Our model is designed to produce highly engaging, repeatable, and scalable casual card and board games. We focus on fast execution, data‑driven decisions, and efficiency.

We are fully remote and are hiring Worldwide.

Responsibilities

You'll be our first dedicated product analyst, responsible for building the diagnostic capability that lets us understand why things work, not just whether they work. You’ll report to the Director of Game Development and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Publishing.

  • New Games: Read signals accurately, build frameworks for evaluating new title performance against benchmarks
  • Rapid Validation: Enable faster kill / continue decisions with clear data on whether prototypes can hit UA / monetization thresholds
  • Diagnose why features test LTV positive or negative, not just report the outcome
  • Create frameworks for soft launch evaluation and new game benchmarking
  • Partner with Publishing to investigate performance anomalies and fraud signals
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for Product and LiveOps teams
Qualifications
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with mobile analytics platforms (Amplitude, GameAnalytics, or similar)
  • Familiarity with mobile game metrics: LTV, ROAS, retention curves, ad monetization (especially rewarded video)
  • Clear communicator who can translate complex analysis into decisions
  • Python / R for deeper analysis: Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical rigor around experiment interpretation
  • Nice to have: professional Russian language skills (WildCard is an English speaking company, but the engineering team’s native languages are Russian)
