Responsabilidades

• Вести цикл эксперимента от постановки задачи до анализа и рекомендаций.
• Анализировать поведение игроков для улучшения монетизации и удержания.
• Преобразовывать данные в инсайты и narrative для команд PM/Design/Leadership.
• Поддерживать ценообразование через анализ цен и акций.
• Помогать управлять экономикой внутри игры: балансы, валюты, награды.
• Создавать и поддерживать Looker-дашборды и отчётность.
• Писать SQL в BigQuery для продуктового анализа.
• Сотрудничать с разработчиками, продакт-менеджерами и DS.

King is a leading interactive entertainment company for the mobile world, known for iconic games including the Candy Crush franchise and Farm Heroes Saga. Its games are played by around 200 million people each month.

Задачи:

• Own the experimentation lifecycle end to end, from problem formulation and hypothesis design through analysis, readout, recommendation and follow-up;
• Analyze player behaviour to identify opportunities to improve monetisation, retention and player experience;
• Turn complex data into insights, recommendations and narratives for Product Managers, Designers and leadership;
• Support pricing decisions by analyzing price points, offers and promotions and measuring their impact;
• Help manage the in-game economy by monitoring balance, sinks, sources, currencies and reward systems;
• Define tracking events and metrics for new features and ensure correct instrumentation;
• Own operational work at scale, including reporting, observability, data quality, event integrity and coordination;
• Build and maintain Looker dashboards and reporting frameworks;
• Write SQL in BigQuery for product analysis, reporting and decision-making;
• Partner with Developers, Product Managers and Data Scientists on solution delivery, observability, experimentation and data model improvements;
• Use segmentation, funnel analysis and journey mapping to explore product questions;
• Use Claude, ChatGPT and Codex to accelerate analysis, prototyping and communication;
• Support the Analytics craft through knowledge sharing, shared standards and mentoring more junior analysts.

Требования:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience deriving insights from behavioural or product data;
• Strong SQL skills, preferably with BigQuery, and confidence working independently with large datasets;
• Experience owning or contributing to experimentation and A/B testing;
• Experience building dashboards and self-service analytics in Looker or a comparable BI tool;
• Experience using data to support product, business or operational decisions;
• Ability to communicate analysis clearly through data visualisation and evidence-based recommendations;
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering and Data Science;
• Independent and proactive when solving ambiguous product problems;
• Willing to own operational work at scale, including tracking, observability and data quality;
• Nice to have: good understanding of statistics, Python or R, curiosity about AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, experience in games, live-service products or another fast-moving consumer product.
