Freenow by Lyft is seeking a reliable, data-driven Procurement Administrator to improve procurement processes in a fast-paced, international setting. The role involves vendor sourcing, NDA collection, market research, RFP management, invoicing, and tail spend management across cross-functional teams.

You will work with AI-assisted procurement, leverage tools like JIRA, Docusign, and Google sheets, and collaborate with legal, finance, and data protection to enable smart decision making.

Formación

• Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Experience abroad or international exposure.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• Solid knowledge of Google tools, especially GSheet/Excel.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Docusign and RFP platforms.
• Interest in exploring and implementing AI use cases.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve procurement processes and tools.

• Support procurement managers in vendor sourcing, NDA collection, market research, RFP management and invoicing.
• Manage tail spend and support data-driven negotiations.

Location: We are flexible! Come and join us either in Barcelona, Berlin, or Hamburg.

We are looking for a reliable, data driven and highly motivated Procurement Administrator who is interested in improving and maintaining procurement processes into a fast paced and super international company.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Maintenance and improvement of procurement processes and tools
• Synergies with Lyft processes and tools
• Assisting procurement managers in the procurement journey: vendor sourcing, NDA collection, Market research, RFP management, Invoicing, etc.
• Management of tail spend
• Leveraging AI capabilities (Claude, Gemini, etc) to support Procurement use cases
• Communication and collaboration with cross functional teams: legal, finance, data protection, infosecurity, etc.
• Analysis of data to prepare negotiations and to help smart decision making

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management
• Organisational and analytical skills
• Experience abroad
• Very good communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones), particularly Gsheet/Excel
• Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms
• Appetite to explore and implement AI use cases
