T-Systems is seeking a Process Manager for T Cloud Public to drive ITIL to Agile processes in a hyper-scale public cloud environment. You will adapt and implement processes for modern Cloud IT Operations and collaborate with a global team.

The role requires 5-7 years in IT with cloud technologies, experience in DevOps, OpenStack, and excellent English. Hybrid work model, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Formación

• Completed studies in technical, engineering or business subjects or comparable professional training.
• 5-7 years of IT experience with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
• Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps.
• Knowledge of agile development processes.
• High level of customer orientation.
• Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches.
• OpenStack and programming experience in open source projects is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Your Tasks

As a Process Manager you know IT-Processes from ITIL to Agile. You adapt and implementprocesses to the specific needsof modern Cloud IT Operations:
