PowerCo Spain is recruiting a manufacturing operations professional to lead daily production monitoring, drive process improvements and support sub-process verification in a battery cell plant in Valencia.

You will work with process experts to evaluate equipment capability, conduct DoE studies, organize training, and contribute to CpK improvements as part of a growing team shaping a sustainable future.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in the sector.
• Battery industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Daily production / process parameter monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Jointly responsible for sub processes of cell manufacturing with process experts.
• Support process verification concepts with technical evaluation of inputs/outputs.
• Evaluate equipment capability and set up process parameters.
• Issue working instructions and parameter handbooks for sub processes.
• Execute Process verification and DoE.
• Organize training for machine/equipment operation.
• Participate in daily shop-floor management meetings.
• Perform daily and weekly tear-down analyses and weekly production data CpK reporting.

Who We Are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

• Daily production / process parameter monitoring and finding a root cause of failure & solving issue
• Jointly responsible for sub process (e.g. Mixing, coating, Stacking, Cell baking, injection, etc) of the cell manufacturing with process experts
• Supporting process verification concept for the sub process with technical evaluation of the input factors and output results
• Responsible for evaluation of equipment’s capability and process parameter set up
• Responsible for issuing the working instruction; parameter handbooks of sub process
• Execution of Process verification and DoE
• Organizing training for machine/equipment operation
• Participation in Daily shop-floor management meeting
• Daily and weekly Tear down analysis and weekly report Production data analysis for CpK improvement

What You Bring To The Team

• 5 years experience in the sector
• Battery Industry field previous experience is a plus
