• Dar soporte en mantenimiento al área de manufactura, gestionando prioridades.
• Optimizar utilización de técnicos y materiales para reducir paros.
• Desarrollar y cumplir planes de mantenimiento preventivo.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de requisitos de seguridad y regulaciones.
• Coordinar generación de órdenes de trabajo y notificaciones en SAP y Prometheus.
• Colaborar con Producción, Calidad y Mejora Continua.

Job Description

Como Ingeniero/a de mantenimiento darás soporte en la coordinación de las actividades de mantenimiento, así como participar en proyectos de mejora dentro del área de manufactura asignada.

Responsabilidades

• Dar soporte en mantenimiento al área de manufactura, gestionando prioridades y solucionando problemas técnicos.

• Optimizar la utilización de técnicos y materiales para minimizar el tiempo de paro de los equipos.

• Desarrollar y cumplir un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para reducir paros no planificados.

• Asegurar que los planes de mantenimiento cumplan con requisitos de seguridad, reglamentarios y operativos.

• Validar tiempo, materiales, recursos y herramientas necesarios para completar trabajos en la sección asignada.

• Coordinar la generación de órdenes de trabajo y notificaciones de servicio a través de SAP y Prometheus.

• Monitorear y controlar métricas del departamento en el área de manufactura asignada.

• Contactar con talleres y proveedores externos para seguimiento de trabajos y gestión de presupuestos.

• Colaborar con Producción, Calidad y Mejora Continua para alcanzar objetivos de operaciones y proyectos.

• Gestionar proyectos, personal técnico, planes de formación, recursos materiales y repuestos de equipos.

Requisitos

• Formación en Ingeniería. Idealmente mecanica, industrial o similar.

• Experiencia 1-2 años en posiciones similares

• Inglés – Conversacional

• Valorable nociones de diseño industrial
