Coty, una de las principales compañías de belleza, busca un Ingeniero de Procesos para unirse a un equipo de 7 ingenieros y 4 aprendices en Barcelona. Se encargará de analizar y resolver problemas con la metodología Stop the Stops y de asegurar la base operativa de las máquinas de envasado.

Se valoran capacidades de liderazgo, pensamiento analítico y un inglés fluido para colaborar con equipos internacionales.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar y resolver problemas usando la metodología Stop the Stops.
• Establecer estándares para el correcto funcionamiento entre máquinas y sistemas.
• Documentar SOP y formar a operarios y técnicos.
• Mantener actualizados los AM DMS y apoyar en inversiones de mejora.
• Participar en pruebas de industrialización en la línea de producción.
• Mejorar la seguridad, calidad y eficiencia de las máquinas.
• Trabajar en equipo con los Ingenieros de procesos y aprendices para fortalecer la operación.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Your main focus: Analyze and solve problems using our “Stop the Stops” methodology, finding, and eliminating the root cause.


• Create and apply setting standards that ensure the correct interaction between machine and machine “Zeroes” that allow us to keep the machine in base condition.


• Document any other relevant SOP as part of the problem-solving exercises.


• Compile all the information created in the “Operator Book” and ensure that all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified.


• Ensure all AM DMS are up to date and followed.


• Participate in any industrialization trials that take place in your production line.


• Because of all the above, improve safety, quality, and efficiency of the machine of ownership.


• The team consists of 7 Process Engineers and 4 Process Engineers Interns and you will work closely together with several departments such as Production and Engineering. All your colleagues are experts of packing processes. Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to learn from others, innovate, and try new ideas.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• Engineering degree. You are interested in technology and manufacturing, and have a natural curiosity about how things work.
