Twelve Oaks Recovery Center in Navarre Beach, FL, is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our clinical team for 12-hour night shifts.

You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, safely administer medications, monitor status, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery.

Qualified candidates have an accredited RN program, an unrestricted license, CPR, and a willingness to complete de-escalation training.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current, unrestricted RN license (or eligibility) in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification and willingness to complete de-escalation training (provided on hire if needed).
• First Aid certification as required by state or facility guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients’ behavioral and physical health needs and deliver compassionate, trauma-informed nursing care.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing treatment plans throughout the continuum of care.
• Safely administer medications, including behavioral health and detox protocols, with accurate documentation and controlled substance tracking.
• Monitor patient status and communicate significant changes to providers and the care team.
• Educate patients and families, maintain compliant medical records, and adhere to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish therapeutic, professional relationships and collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team.
