Alter Domus is seeking a Business Process Automation & Technology Adoption Manager to deliver data analytics enabling automation across the Private Credit function, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the automation strategy.

You will own end-to-end analytics from ideation to deployment, translating operational datasets into actionable insights and driving adoption while embedding a data-driven culture across the function.

Formación

• Proven experience in a data analytics, business intelligence or data management role.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions, from requirements gathering through to deployment and user adoption.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, pipeline development and automation.
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, including development of complex dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks and enterprise data management principles.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insight to commercial and operational outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences at senior level.

Responsabilidades

• Developing, designing and delivery of data insights and solutions to support operational, financial and client performance monitoring.
• Translating complex business requirements into clear data models, analytical frameworks and visualisation outputs using appropriate tools.
• Owning the end-to-end delivery of analytics use cases from requirements definition to testing and deployment.
• Conducting advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities, providing insight to senior management.
