Alter Domus is hiring a data analytics and BI specialist in Madrid to translate operational data into actionable insights for the Private Credit function and drive automation initiatives.

You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver end-to-end analytics, enforce data governance, and scale analytics across the organisation, leveraging Python and BI tools to deliver impactful dashboards.

Formación

• Proven experience in data analytics or BI, ideally within financial services or asset management.
• Design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions from requirements gathering through to deployment and user adoption.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, pipeline development and automation.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and development of dashboards.
• Knowledge of data governance and enterprise data management principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels.

Responsabilidades

• Developing, designing and delivery of data insights and solutions to monitor performance across Private Credit.
• Translating complex business requirements into clear data models and visualisation outputs using appropriate tools.
• Owning the end-to-end delivery of analytics use cases from requirements to testing and deployment.
• Conducting advanced data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for senior management recommendations.
