J.P. Morgan in Madrid is seeking a Relationship Partner to support our Private Bank Clients.

You will coordinate service and maintenance activities, acting as the primary contact for client needs and ensuring seamless communication with client advisors, operations and technology teams. The role emphasizes exceptional client service, strong relationship management, and opportunities to identify cross-sell prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field; CFA/IMC a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Experience in financial services with track record of client service excellence.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; CRM familiarity advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client servicing and account maintenance with high service standards.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Operations, Middle Office and Onboarding to meet documentation needs.
• Address and resolve client and advisor inquiries promptly.
• Execute client transactions related to cash/liquid positions and corporate actions.
• Monitor client cash balances and liaise with clients to maintain positions.
• Facilitate investments and cross-sell opportunities with product partners.
• Drive digital adoption through client education and outreach.
• Lead Periodic Review process and fraud investigation when needed.
