Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President, Client Advisor in our Spanish private banking team. You will lead new client acquisition and retention, leveraging investments, banking, trust services and financial planning to deliver a complete wealth management solution.

As a self-starter with a proven track record, you will manage relationships, earn trust, understand client needs, provide targeted advice and coordinate with internal specialists to deliver holistic, long-term results.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Banking with high net worth individuals or related financial services.
• Proven business development experience with profiling, negotiation and referrals proactively.
• Dynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and has exceptional presentation skills.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their business.
• Experience or understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including asset allocation, wealth planning and opportunities.
• Strong reputation with an established network.

Responsibilities

• Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing client base and new client acquisition.
• Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed.
• Understand clients' goals and objectives to develop and implement investment plans for their balance sheet, including holistic asset allocation and tactical shifts.
• Ensure proposed solutions fulfil clients' needs in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals-based planning approach.
• Strictly adhere to risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures.
• Partner with other Client Advisors in the team to maximize team strength and achieve goals.
