• Experience in Private Banking working with high net worth individuals or related fields within financial services.
• Previous business development experience with profiling, negotiation and asking for referrals proactively.
• Dynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and has exceptional presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to business.
• Experience or understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including asset allocation and wealth planning.
• Strong reputation with an established network.

Responsabilidades

• Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing clients and new prospects.
• Advise clients on balance sheet, asset allocation, investment management and banking needs.
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise.
• Develop and implement holistic investment plans aligned to client goals.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet short, medium and long-term objectives.
• Adhere to risk, regulatory, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with other Client Advisors to strengthen team performance.
