Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in Law or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of privacy and data protection experience.

Responsabilidades

This role combines privacy counsel and privacy advisor responsibilities, supporting HP’s Business Units and Global Functions on privacy and data protection matters. The role will involve providing practical, risk-based privacy legal advice, reviewing and negotiating contracts, maintaining and updating HP contractual terms, and partnering closely with business, legal, cybersecurity, and compliance stakeholders to embed privacy by design across HP’s operations.
