Ingram Micro is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of innovative platform solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This strategic role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Technology, Vendor and Customer Partnerships, and Business Transformation.

You will translate complex technology into end-to-end solutions, work with strategic vendors and partners, and drive initiatives from concept to launch with adoption and value

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in high-growth B2C or B2B technology, distribution, SaaS, or platform businesses.
• Proven experience leading complex products or technology initiatives from concept through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate emerging technology into practical product and business solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and execution of platform solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Operate as a builder PM: partner discovery, frame opportunity, define vision, build and test experiences, drive cross-functional execution from 0 to 1.
• Define success metrics, instrument and iterate using data to prioritize.
• Leverage AI/ML and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
• Influence cross-domain roadmaps, building alignment through data-driven proposals.
• Build trusted relationships with vendors, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
