Aleph is seeking a senior technologist to own the direction of integration-heavy, data-heavy systems that connect major ad platforms to internal billing and reporting. You will lead by building production code and setting architectural standards, not by managing people.

You will work in a polyglot environment (PHP, Go, Python; TS/JS on the front end) and influence senior stakeholders to adopt robust, scalable patterns. This role offers clear ownership and impact across global platforms.

Formación

• Substantial experience as a staff/principal engineer on integration-heavy, data-heavy systems.
• Hands-on leadership with production code and architectural decisions.
• Strong in PHP, Go, or Python with a polyglot front-end (TS/JS).
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical decisions through influence.

Responsabilidades

• Define integration and data architectures across external platforms and internal systems.
• Ship production code on high-risk paths and de-risk migrations.
• Write ADRs and set patterns aligned with engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-functional technical decisions.
