McCone Properties seeks talented luxury real estate professionals to relocate to Dubai. You will represent sellers or buyers of villas and penthouses worth AED 10 million and above, pricing with evidence and negotiating to secure top commissions in a tax-free environment.

Commission-only earnings mean there is no base salary, with a potential to achieve extraordinary income for top performers. The firm provides mentors and a fast-track path toward RERA licensing for successful candidates.

Luxury in Dubai means villas and penthouses on the Palm, in Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills and Jumeirah Bay. You represent the seller or the buyer, price with evidence, and hold a negotiation where the fee on one deal is a year's income elsewhere.

In 2013 I was a fresh graduate in Barcelona, and nobody was calling me back. My father, newly retired after twenty years flying for Emirates, was buying an apartment in Dubai. He asked the brokerage for a favour: would they give his son an interview?

They did. I flew out, started from zero, and never left. Twelve years later, McCone Properties is one of Dubai's leading brokerages — a team of 200+ people from all over the world.

Commission only means exactly that: no salary. Some agents reach a stable income in their first couple of months; others need longer. That is why we recommend around six months of savings — runway to learn the market and build your pipeline properly. After that there is no ceiling: 50-70% commission, paid daily. The US$2.4M above is our best earner, not our average. But he is real.
