ISP is seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences for pupils. You will work closely with children to promote their academic, social, and emotional development within a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

You will assist with lesson preparation, provide targeted support for individuals or small groups, monitor progress, and contribute to maintaining a positive, well-organised learning space.

Formación

• Experience supporting children in educational settings is preferred.
• Good understanding of child development and primary education practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsabilidades

• Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities.
• Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning and provide targeted help.
• Help create a positive, stimulating, and well-organised classroom environment.
• Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and behaviour in line with school policies.
• Assist in assessing and recording pupil progress and feed back to the teacher.
• Prepare and organise learning materials and classroom resources.
• Support pupils with SEN, adapting tasks as needed.
• Supervise pupils during activities, breaks, and outings as required.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and inclusive school environment.
• Participate in school meetings, training, and professional development.
