About the Role

We are seeking a committed Primary teacher to help deliver the TEMS strategic priorities, fostering energised leadership, personalised learning and strong personal growth for every student. You will work in a creative, innovative environment that values independence, collaboration and strong partnerships with parents and the wider community. Embracing new technologies and research-led practice, you will contribute to a high-quality learning experience across the school.

You will create a positive, purposeful learning climate and support students in meeting ambitious targets for behaviour, work and achievement.

You will also engage in ongoing professional development, participate in the school’s performance management system, and carry out routine duties such as break supervision, assemblies, meetings and parent events. As part of the wider team, you will contribute to whole-school priorities and undertake any reasonable tasks requested by the Headteacher or Principal.

This is a permanent, full-time role that is immediately available. Priority will be given to candidates who are able to start immediately or very short notice.
