Job summary

Parexel FSP in Spain seeks a Precision Medicine Operations Lead / SKDL Programming Lead, home-based and sponsor dedicated. You will support studies within Spain, leading programming for biomarker data, sample management and data operations across clinical trials.

This senior role requires strong project management, programming expertise (Python/R/SQL) and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant precision medicine operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years clinical research experience in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines and lab data management.
• Experience with biomarker data integration and regulatory guidelines (ICH/GCP/FDA).

Responsibilities

• Supports cross-functional study teams to deliver precision medicine strategy.
• Manages biosample planning, storage, shipping and data transfer throughout the study lifecycle.
• Oversees biomarker sample testing and data collection, including budgeting and vendor oversight.
• Develops data transfer specifications and reviews study documents related to samples.
