Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking personnel to perform back-end assembly and test operations in a production setting. Tasks include die preparation and attachment, bonding, molding, trim and form, and conducting quality tests to ensure product conformity.

The role involves organizing stocks, assembling per plan, operating specialized equipment, and reporting any failures while complying with all safety and work rules.

Formación

• Adherence to internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
• Execution, supervision or management of back-end assembly and test operations.

Responsabilidades

• Die preparation and attachment.
• Bonding, molding, trim&form, testing, etc.
• Organizing assigned stocks for parts, semi-products or components.
• Assembling according to plan and using equipment.
• Performing sight checks, functionality or general quality test routines.
• Reporting any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• Obeying all work rules and environment, health & safety regulations.
