Ogilvy is seeking a PR Assistant to join our PR & Influence team in Barcelona. You will help develop strategic communications for multiple brands, manage relationships with lifestyle media, and support events and influencer campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Participate in the development and implementation of communication plans for the brands (press, influencers, brand events).
• Manage media relations in the lifestyle sector.
• Press office: draft, distribute and follow up press releases and media invitations; identify coverage opportunities.
• Support in managing events and brand experiences.
• Negotiate and hire influencers.
• Other duties: coordinate with suppliers, create reports and analyze results.

Requisitos

• Titulo universitario en publicidad o similar en España.Adaptación al trabajo en equipo.
• Iniciativa/Proactividad.
• Grandes dosis de ilusión y ganas.
• No es necesaria la experiencia laboral.
• Posibilidad de incorporación a plantilla finalizadas las prácticas.

Idiomas

• Inglés: Se valorará un nivel alto
• Español: Obligatorio

¿Qué harás en este rol?

• Participación en el desarrollo e implementación de planes de comunicación de las diferentes marcas (contemplando prensa, influencers y experiencias de marca/eventos.
• Gestión con medios de comunicación sector lifestyle.
• Gabinete de prensa: relación con los medios de comunicación; elaboración, envío y seguimiento de notas de prensa y convocatorias; búsqueda proactiva de oportunidades para una mayor cobertura, etc.
• Apoyo en gestión de eventos/experiencias de marca.
• Negociación y contratación de influencers.
• Otras funciones: relación con proveedores, elaboración de reporting y análisis de resultados, etc.
