The successful candidate will analyze costs of powertrain systems, develop benchmark tools, and collaborate across teams to validate data. Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering and at least 7 years of experience in automotive cost analysis. Formación

• Minimum 7 years in powertrain cost analysis within the automotive industry.
• Expertise in cost benchmarking, teardown analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with cost modeling tools.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop internal Competitive Costing processes and tools.
• Collect data for cost analysis using internal and external teardown information.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and finance teams to validate assumptions.

Conocimientos

Cost benchmarking and teardown analysis

Advanced cost modeling and financial interpretation

Siemens Costing or similar software proficiency

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective cross-functional collaboration

Clear and impactful communication and presentation

Project management and organizational skills

Multilingual communication (English essential; Spanish/French desirable)
