Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Powerplant Integration Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team responsible for the engine and propeller integration for a major turbo-propeller aircraft project. You will work closely with Aerodynamics, Structures, Systems, and Certification to ensure a seamless integration from development to continuous airworthiness.

Formación

• Aeronautical Engineering degree or related discipline required.
• Initial professional experience in Powerplant Integration or related aircraft systems.
• Advanced English required for written and spoken communication.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and ability to assess technical risks.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate the engine, propeller, and sub-systems into the Powerplant and aircraft architecture.
• Define physical and functional interfaces of the Powerplant ensuring certification and safety requirements.
• Support validation and verification activities via analysis, testing, and inspections.
• Analyze flight/ground test data to evaluate powerplant integration and propose improvements.
• Investigate in-service anomalies to support continuous airworthiness of the fleet.
• Evaluate customer requests and modifications for technical impact and compliance.
