You will balance technical project delivery with people leadership, collaborating with clients on complex projects across electrification, offshore wind, data centres and large-scale energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Strong Power Systems experience in consultancy, utilities, infrastructure or similar
• Experience delivering complex technical projects and leading teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists
• Contribute to technical and billable project delivery as senior expert/PM
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects across Ramboll to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support development of Power Systems capabilities and knowledge sharing
