Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) is seeking an Electrical Infrastructure Reliability Manager to lead reliability programs for electrical systems across European sites. You will drive power resilience, oversee audits, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure uptime and compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in electrical engineering, power system studies, and vendor management, with a strong data-driven approach and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience with automated or non-automated material handling equipment is a plus.
• Experience leading large-scale technical programs and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead power resilience improvement workstreams with central engineering and site teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and review vendor deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver regular status reports and executive-level briefings to senior stakeholders.
• Be a subject matter expert in electrical distribution (LV/MV/HV) for site audits and RCA.
• Lead end-to-end Power System Studies and on-site implementation of findings.
• Evaluate commissioning, maintenance, and testing documentation for key electrical assets.
• Ensure compliance with EU electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Develop mitigation strategies for electrical operational risks and safe systems of work.
• Leverage data analytics to support asset reliability decisions and program prioritization.
• Support annual budgeting cycles and planning.
