Job summary

Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher position for the GROW project, focusing on spatial inequalities in early childhood education and women's labor participation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10+ key informant interviews with policy makers, institutions, and ECEC associations in Milan and Lombardy.
• Search and analyze scientific and grey literature on ECEC management models in Milan, Lombardy and Italy.
• Perform comparative Italy–Spain research and qualitative analysis using dedicated software.
