Job summary

Health Research Institute of Santiago de Compostela in Spain is seeking a Postdoctoral researcher for the Cancer Predisposition and Biomarkers Lab (CPBL) at IDIS. You will analyze large-scale human genomic data, integrate multi-omics and develop reproducible HPC pipelines with a secondment at the University of Oxford.

The position offers a fully funded contract, strong international collaboration, and support to apply for MSCA, Juan de la Cierva, Sara Borrell and Miguel Servet fellowships.

Qualifications

• PhD in genomics, bioinformatics, statistical genetics or related fields.
• Experience in genomics of autoimmune diseases or cancer valued.

We are hiring a Postdoc at the Cancer Predisposition and Biomarkers Lab (CPBL), IDIS!

POSTDOCTORAL POSITION (3 years)

• Who were looking for: PhD in genomics, bioinformatics, statistical genetics or related fields. A PhD or experience in the genomics of autoimmune diseases or cancer is highly valued.
• What youll do: analyse large-scale human genomic data, integrate multi-omics (genomic, transcriptomic, methylation, single-cell) and build reproducible HPC pipelines.
