Job summary

European Innovation Council (EIC) Pathfinder Grant: Clever Combination of Synthetic Compartmentalization, Carbon Fixation, and Compound Biomanufacturing (C5)

The C5 consortium aims to develop a disruptive Solar-to-X technology that converts sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide directly into valuable chemicals and fuels using highly engineered cyanobacteria. Coordinated by the Universidad de Córdoba (Spain) alongside four European partners—Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Universiteit Leiden, Wageningen University, and the SME INSociety—the project is highly collaborative and interdisciplinary.
