Agrotecnio is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to develop and nutritionally characterize barley-based extruded products for experimental dieting in preclinical studies. You will mill materials, operate a twin-screw extruder, and oversee compositional analyses including β-glucans and phenolics.

Responsibilities include documenting results, ensuring sample traceability, and coordinating delivery of products to the study team. English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• PhD in Food Science and Technology or related field.
• Experience in food processing and nutritional characterization.
• Knowledge of cereal extrusion is valued.
• Proficient in food composition analysis and bioactive compounds.
• Strong English skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and nutritionally characterize barley-based extruded products for experimental diets.
• Prepare milled cereals and produce extruded products using a twin-screw extruder.
• Coordinate analyses of proximate composition and key bioactive compounds.
• Document results, ensure traceability, and coordinate product delivery to the research team.
