PER has partnered with a growing European Real Assets investor in Valencia, Spain, to recruit an Associate to the Portfolio Management and Analytics team. The role focuses on valuations, financial modelling, analytics and performance analysis of the portfolio.

You will collaborate with asset management, finance, acquisitions and external stakeholders, support valuation cycles, cash flow models, and investor reporting, with interaction across Europe.

Formación

• Educational degree in a relevant financial field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with cashflow financial modelling.
• Understanding of real estate or infrastructure valuations.
• Ability to work with international teams.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Self-starter and team player with leadership potential.

Responsabilidades

• Build and update financial asset models for portfolio valuations.
• Update cash flow models with latest assumptions and analyze assets.
• Review market conditions to refine model assumptions.
• Support hold and sell analyses and fund-level returns.
• Assist in investor reporting with cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with external advisors for valuations.
• Monitor debt compliance at fund and asset levels.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members.
