ZTE Corporation in Madrid is seeking a technical professional to manage end-to-end delivery, commissioning, software upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for business products, with exposure to cutting-edge telecom solutions.

You will resolve equipment issues, document technical information, and support pre-sales with testing and demonstrations in a collaborative, multicultural team environment, requiring a strong English proficiency and fast learning ability.

Formación

• Solid understanding of fixed-network product principles, system architecture, and key technologies.
• Proven experience in fixed-network product engineering delivery and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end deployment, commissioning, software upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing network maintenance for business products.
• Track and resolve equipment issues, troubleshoot complex challenges, and collect and organize technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team by providing testing support and technical demonstrations to ensure seamless delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Project Delivery & Maintenance: Manage the end-to-end deployment, commissioning, software upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing network maintenance for business products.
• Issue Resolution & Documentation: Track and resolve equipment issues, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and collect and organize technical documentation.
• Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with the pre-sales team by providing testing support and technical demonstrations to ensure seamless delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Technical Background: Solid understanding of fixed-network product principles, system architecture, and key technologies is highly desirable.
• Operational Expertise: Proven experience in fixed-network product engineering delivery and maintenance is a distinct advantage.

Skills

• Advanced level in English.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
