Job summary

WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Polish-speaking Content Moderator to join an international team and help ensure quality, safety, and policy compliance on a leading global e-commerce platform.

The role requires strong Polish and English language skills, analytic abilities, and the flexibility to work 24/7 rotating shifts. Accommodation support is provided from day one, with a moderate monthly contribution. This is a full-time on-site position in Lisbon, Portugal.

• Ensure content meets established quality and safety standards
• Apply platform policies and guidelines consistently
• Help ensure policy and legal compliance
• Review content within established service levels and quality standards
• Use local market knowledge to make informed and objective decisions
• Stay up to date with relevant e-commerce products, services, and platform standards
• Identify and upscale issues according to established procedures
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and high-quality online environment
