TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking a Polish-native engineer to craft language-engineering solutions, write code and prompts, and validate data as part of a fast-moving program. You will generate and audit data, run evaluations, analyze assistant behavior, and review peers’ contributions.

The role emphasizes hands-on software work, leveraging Python, Git, and CLI tools, with a focus on quality and precision in Polish-language tasks for international markets.

Formación

• Native Polish with deep cultural knowledge of the target region.
• Fluent professional English.
• Solid software engineering, especially Python scripting and data manipulation; comfortable with Git and the command line.

Responsabilidades

• Write code and prompts; generate and audit data; run evaluations.
• Review peers' contributions and provide technical checks on data work.
• Build and review evaluation and test sets representing the region and language.
