Wagner Spraytech S.L. in Asturias seeks a PLC Technician / Technical Officer for Industrial Division. You will support PLC systems, perform fault analysis and remote maintenance, and perform on-site interventions at customer sites in the Iberica region and beyond.

You will collaborate with QA to create technical docs and assist in commissioning and project management. You will coordinate stakeholders, ensure timelines and budgets, and monitor risks while balancing PLC support with project

Formación

• Completed technical degree or vocational training in automation or electrical engineering (or comparable qualification).
• Experience programming PLC-based controllers: TwinCAT 2, Step 7, or TIA Portal.
• Experience in project coordination/management in industrial/automation environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; German is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for PLC systems, including fault analysis and remote maintenance.
• Perform on-site interventions to rectify faults at customer premises.
• Create technical documentation and analyze measures for cost efficiency.
• Support commissioning of standard installations and systems.
• Take part in project management duties: layouts, configuration validation with Sales, and assist Service & Installation Lead to meet timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and supervise project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful completion.
