GoMining seeks a General Manager to own the platform direction end-to-end, balancing reliability, architecture, and security with revenue-driving initiatives. You will set priorities, drive execution, and lead a cross-functional team across technology, product, and business.

You will own shared authentication, analytics, and platform capabilities across multiple GoMining products, while building a high-performance, data-driven organization with a strong commercial mindset.

Formación

• Proven experience leading platform, infrastructure, or platform engineering teams.
• Experience building shared infrastructure used by multiple products or teams.
• Hands-on understanding of uptime, reliability, incidents, security, and high-load systems.
• Strong product and commercial mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy and roadmap for the GoMining platform and its shared foundation.
• Lead platform uptime, performance, incidents, and delivery with a focus on business impact.
• Develop unified authentication, authorization, and 2FA capabilities.
• Balance long-term platform investments with high-priority business requests.
• Collaborate with product GMs and C-level stakeholders to accelerate revenue.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and ensure AI is embedded in operating model.
• Hire, mentor, and manage the platform engineering team.
