A leading renewable energy provider in Barcelona is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the Platform Team and manage the Cloud infrastructure. The role involves designing and implementing AWS infrastructure using IaC, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring security and performance. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in cloud management, a Bachelor's in Technology, and skills in Python and Terraform. Qualifications

Are you a Platform Engineer ready to make an impact? Join our Platform Team , where you’ll play a central role in Holaluz Cloud platform, helping Product Teams to build cutting edge products.

The Platform team is responsible for managing Holaluz Cloud Infrastructure and providing reusable tools that will help Product Teams build and operate their applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Develop and maintain reusable modules, tools, and services that enable developer self-service and accelerate application delivery.
• Participate in Platform Team and Infrastructure area dynamics and roadmap definition.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the platform infrastructure and services.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices. And of course, propose new ideas to improve.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Technology.
• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure management in cloud using IaC and AWS. AWS and Security certifications will be a plus
• Programming languages and Scripting using Python, Bash.
• Infrastructure as a Code tooling Terraform, Ansible, Docker and containerization of applications.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
