Hager Group in La Roca del Vallès (Barcelona area) seeks a Plant Quality Manager to lead the local Quality team and drive the highest quality standards for existing products and new introductions. You will implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO/VDA requirements and lead structured problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Leadership experience in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/VDA quality systems.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Plant Quality team and promote a strong quality culture.
• Ensure product and process quality for existing products and new launches.
• Implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO/VDA).
• Drive problem-solving using Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Support internal and external audits and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet quality goals.
• Serve as contact point for Group Quality and implement Group quality tools and standards.
• Develop the yearly Quality Improvement Plan in alignment with Group requirements.
• Several years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience with team development and motivation.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality tools (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA).
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change across functions and levels.
