Zusammenfassung

Arteche Group is seeking an Operations Finance Controller to act as finance business partner for the operations organization. You will ensure robust plant controlling, transparent product and conversion costs, disciplined working capital management, and reliable financial information for operational decision-making.

The role translates shop-floor performance into financial impact and drives actions to improve cost, productivity, inventory and profitability in a multinational manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.
• Hands-on controlling experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with plant/product costing.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, budgeting/forecasting and investment analysis.
• Five+ years of finance or controlling experience, incl. 3+ years in manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Drive data quality, reporting automation and KPI definitions across Finance and Operations.
• Coordinate operations budget and rolling forecast for manufacturing costs, headcount, productivity, inventory and CAPEX.
• Provide financial business partnering to Operations for footprint, production balance and make/buy decisions.
• Support productivity and cost-reduction with baselines, business cases, savings validation and tracking.
• Own monthly operations performance reporting and explanation of variances to budget/forecast.
